On our Transhudson Parshall project, due to go live next Summer 2015, we have a number of units available at $79,950, giving a 17.5% yield. This is a 3 year fixed return deal at $13,990 per year for 3 years, and at the end of year 3 North Dakota Developments (NDD) buy it back at 110%, so giving over 60% ROI over the 3 years.

Due to the demand, we can no longer process sales at the launch price of $69,950.

All the units at $69,950 have now been sold, after a week which saw over 80 units reserved. The new price will be forthcoming as soon as possible.

We are offering the studios for discounted price to $69,950 for the first 100 buyers (therefrom 8 studios have been sold already). If an interested client would decide to proceed with the investment shortly, he/she would receive 20% return on investment ($13,990 yearly); only the first 100 buyers will receive 20% return on investment, after that the percentage will be lower as the purchasing price will be rising whilst return on investment in dollars will remain the same.
